| Ran into Bill Clark a couple weeks ago here in Roanoke. He is the President/CEO of the new HomeTown Bank on Jefferson Street in downtown next to the market area. Susan King "?" works there as well. |

| Yes, Denny, it's true. Susan King, (now Still) and I are at HomeTown Bank in Roanoke. Susan is EVP, Chief Creidt Officer. We opened the doors on the new bank 11-14-05. Lots of work, lots of fun. It is a small world. |
