| My condolences Eddie. She was a remarkable person. She was blessed with many friends and former students who loved her. She was one of the best teachers MHS ever had. |

| She was one of my mother's (Virginia Carter Westbrook Class of 1951) best childhood and college friends, they kept in touch through the years. I recall going to her home ca 1977, she was with some friends on her patio, a gracious Virginian. She outlived all of her friends! May God bless. Tom W.
