| I am sad to let you know that Laverne Moore, MAVAHI ‘64 passed away early morning Saturday, October 14th at her home in Kennesaw, Georgia. Services are being coordinated in accordance with her wishes. |

| My sincerest condolences to Laverne's family. She was one of a kind. There are so many wonderful school memories. I always looked forward to seeing her at our reunions. She was a beautiful person with a great sense of humor. Her friends here in Martinsville will miss her very much. |
