Hey all of you who are coming from out of town and need a hotel room for the reunion.....
I called all of the local hotels. The Best Western offered us the best rate by far. If you register under Martinsville Class of '64, they are offering rooms with either a king or 2 doubles for $58.58 a night, including taxes.You will have to register no later than June 2, 2002. I have the form that you HAVE to use to get this price. We will send out this information with the official party invitation, but if you know already that you want a room, email me (jeanreid@comcast.net), write me (202 Russell Road, Alexandria, VA 22301) or call me(703.836.5261) and I will send you the form.The Best Western is located in Collinsville, half way between Martinsville and Bassett. Our last reunion was there.

| Jerry, in response to your request for Frank Barrows' email, it is fbarrows@charlotteobserver.com. He is a managing editor there. I know because I just recently saw his brother at a party in M'ville and we talked about Frank. However, I couldn't talk him into coming to the reunion either. |
