That last message was a littler shorter than I intended, but I meant every word.
The Reunion was great! Thanks to Jennifer, Jean, Judy, Bill and Cindy, Cotty, Jinky, Dink and Ann Carter and to everyone else who helped with the tremendous amount of work involved in putting the weekend together. Thanks also to the people who tracked down some people we hadn't seen in way too many years, and thanks to those people for coming. For those of you who couldn't make it, you missed two great parties and a lot of funny stories! You should try to come in 2 years when we get back on schedule - you'll be glad you did.

| How embarrassing to have to call the hotel back today to ask if anyone had found my diamond ring.........the manager kept repeating, "This is Jean Reid calling from last Saturday night?".....I was able to accept the reprimand in her voice because I am really hoping that some honest soul will come forward with the family heirloom........otherwise, the weekend was still great but unbelievably costly....I am sure everyone won't mind if we take the leftover money in the mavahi64 account to get another ring going. :-) |
