Bobby Woodall's son-in-law Richie Creech, 41, of Wilson, NC passed away on Sunday. He leaves behind his wife,an 8 year old daughter and a 12 year old son. http://obituaries.wilsontimes.com/george-richard-creech-0
Bobby retired from the Marine Corps, and lives in Sims, NC. Bobby wanted to attend the reunion, but due to this family illness, he was unable. Bobby asked me to tell all that he would have loved to be at the reunion, sends his best, and requests that you pray for his daughter and grandkids. I will honor that request, and hope that you will as well. Bobby's address is Robert Woodall, 7334 Rock Ridge Sim's Road, Sims, NC 27880 ....archie |

Re: Bobby Woodall |
Thanks, Archie. Yes, Ron and I worked at Lee's Confectionary for Jim Shilling and his Dad. Would like to let you know that my brother, Ron, passed away Nov. 27 (last week). His funeral was in Martinsville on Mon. of this week. I'm sure he had many pleasant memories of you shopping at Lee's as I do. |

Re: Bobby Woodall |
Jerry, Ron and I reconnected many years ago. He was Sales Manager for Flowers Baking Co. I have owned five convenience stores, and even a restaurant (bar). I used Flowers whenever possible....(It was tough not carrying Rainbo Bread while they were still in business) I sold my last store in '98, but Ron was providing bakery products then. I am sorry to hear of Ron's passing. He and I would laugh about Jim and 'pop'and times in the 'ville. I know that we will all be reunited one day, as I knew Ron to be 'honest, concerned about his fellow man, and above all, a Christian'. Please relay my condolences to his wife and kids....archie |
