This little nonessential poem was submitted to this Website on August 14 in fun. I did not compose it. I first heard it on a sunshiny Fall day in 1964 while talking to some students outside of the old middle school building; which, ironically, like the World Trade Center towers, does not exist any more. After the brutality of September 11, 2001, it is even more nonessential and the "fun" in it is gone. Fellow classmates, the following, I think, is a better rendition:

Class of '61 was a lot of fun!
Class of '62 we remember each of you!
Class of '63 will live in history!
Class of '64 we hated to see you walk out
MAVAHI's doors!
Class of '65 We Will Survive!

May God's grace abound in your world today.
