Walker Pollard - 15

Today I received the news of Walker's passing, and it really hurts. Ed Stone's words described the Walker we all knew. A great intelligence connected to a very down to earth guy. Many an hour spent shooting pool at Squirrel's, wandering around a fully alive Uptown Martinsville, driving the circuit Druid Lanes to Ayers' to Rumley's to Sportlanes back to Druid Lanes; more Saturday nights than I can remember. Old friend, we are all going to miss you.
