| It was great seeing some my classmates at this past weekend's Old Dawgs reunion. For those not in attendance, there were six of us there from the Class of '69: Dee Dee (Kallam) Dudley, Anne (Hill) Rash, Carol (Cochran) Beavers, Katherine (Hooker) Boaz and her husband, Alan, Denny Wade, and myself. At the pizza social Saturday night, "Doochie" Wade and Jerry Sanders made an appearance. Not only was it great seeing my classmates, but those from theother classes as well. The Class of '63 had the honors of having the most classmates there at the reunion (14 or 15). Would love to see more of my classmates there next year (Oct 6-7. 2006), especially since so many of the Class of '69 still live in or near the Martinsville area. I am mailing the CD of the pics I took to John Franck to put on this website...others will as well I'm sure. |
