Hello to all. Have read some of your inquiries. As I am sure many of you are aware, we lost Bobby Riggs not long ago. His untimely death will certainly leave a void in reunion plans. Knowing Bobby, he would want everyone to carry on. Hope to see many of you at the 30th. Carolyn Smith Brown |

Re: '73 Classmates |
First, Russell thank you for scanning our year book photos. I have shared this with my co-workers in Arkansas and everyone has enjoyed looking at them, eveyone PLEASE for give me. Second, Carolyn the untimely deaths of our classmates will leave a void and maybe we can have a special rememberance for them next year. I personally have been depressed with the death of Jeff Ramsey last year. Third and last, come on class of 73 lets get some CHATTER going. Where is that MAVAHI spirit? When and what and how is everyone? As I said earlier I tranplanted to Fort Smith, Arkansas from Va Beach. I've been here for the last 18 years, working for the local Coca-Cola Bottler as the operations manager, I'm married and have two children (heathens) ages 9 and 11. I am looking forward to our 30th. Hard to believe its been that long, sometimes my body feels like its been longer. Hope to hear from someone soon. |

Re: '73 Classmates |
Larry, it was my pleasure to scan the yearbook photo's for everyone. Sorry, can't do anything about the hair. I heard about Jeff Ramsey's death a few months ago as well and it was tragic news.
I am currently living near Charlottesville,VA
and make the occasional trip to Martinsville. I have lived all around the USA in the years since HS. Missed our 10th while I was in NYC, missed the 20th (if we had one) while in LA. Married 1st time at 39, divorced at 46, w/1 handsome (from his mother's side probably;)7-year old boy wonder. |

Re: '73 Classmates |
Russell, Thanks for the reply. I was worried that I may be in the twlight zone. I attended the 20th reunion, had a blast. Missed the 25th. The 30th should be great, everyone should be laid back and ready to have a great time reminiscing. Do you hear from any classmates? I the annual Christmas contact with Chris Lovell (Danville). I have talked to Giles Martin several times since Jeff Ramseys passing. Doubt if anyone lives in Arkansas. |

I am so sorry to hear about Bobby and Jeff. I did not know about them. I remember both well. I am in Richmond working at MCV. Now remarried. 3 children- 2 in college, 1 graduated and working (thank goodness). I will look for information on the 30th reunion. |

Re: '73 Classmates |
Happy New Year to everyone-
Mr. May, glad to hear you are still teaching-Have you polished the "spitoon joke" much after all of these years? I really enjoyed your algebra class (except for the algebra part;)I am also looking forward to our 30th reunion, but I am not sure who is on the "committee." Mike Hundley and Conrad Jones have spoken to me about it. Who else has any ideas? |
