Steve,
Hope all is well with you. We tried to get something in motion over the past 18 months, but really couldn't get any momentum going. I for one am covered up with this little company we're trying to make profitable, so I admitedly have been less than fervent in my efforts to drive a 25th.
Here's my suggestion: Let's determine the football homecoming date this fall, and see how many folks are interested in heading to the Center of the Universe that weekend. Then, if we find that there are enough to make something happen, we arrange to gather at one of the watering holes after the game to catch up. After that, we can cluster up as we see fit.
I just recently learned that Jeannie Sutton and her husband Wayne have opened a fine restaurant where the Hut used to be. Perhaps we can work with them. I'll do the research to determine when the Homecoming date will be, and will post a message to everyone regarding said date. Let's see what happens.
I apologize that we don't have a big deal set up this year--but I promise we'll make the 30th a LARGE event!
