Now that we are at war, even if we don't agree with the reasons why we are there, I'm sure we have classmates and others that we went through school with that are involved in the conflict in some way (Duck Dalton, Kenny and Kathy Horne, Tyrone Martin, Lewis Galloway...). I'm not even sure if all of these people are still in the military but if they are, they need our prayers. If any of our schoolmates are in harms way, KEEP YOUR HEADS DOWN!! GET YOUR A_ _ES HOME SOON!!! So with all the praying going on, MHS should be pretty well protected from most, if not all things negative in this world! Prayer is the best patriot missile that I know of! So let's keep all of MHS and their families in our prayers. It says in the Bible that "He will not put any more on you than you can bare". I have been tested many times and I always come out the other end ok. Maybe not the way I may want too, but I come out ok. Laura, all is going to be ok with your son. Just believe! Be safe MHS (especially the class of '82. After all we were the best!) PEACE! |

Re: Let Us Pray! |
Very well put, Mark. I'm lifting prayers up for all our service men and women. In God's time, this conflict will be over - hopefully sooner than later. Good will triumph over evil because Jesus Christ has won the biggest battle of them all. God bless, Clay ><> |

Re: Let Us Pray! |
Mark, thank you for that prayer. I am in the military and I could not have said it any better myself. Even though I am not over there, this war has an affect on me and the rest of the military community. Keep all of us in your prayers. Laura, I have been praying for your son and I am glad to hear that he is doing better. |

Re: Let Us Pray! |
Dear Mark,
Amen! Andrew came out of surgery ok! He's walking and talking, Spelling is a little confused for him right now, but he's alive! It makes me so appreciate life, and the small things we take for granted each day, especially with the war going on. I'm sure God has a supreme plan in that too! God's time isn't always our time, but he knows what's best. We do need to remember to pray even when times are good too! The devil so enjoys it when we give up praying! For all you classmates in service right now, God Bless You and Keep You Safe! Thank you for your courage. May your families be under God's almighty proection. God is always with us! He never fails us, we just have to believe! Also, Mark, I like your humour in reminding the guys at war to get home ASAP! I'm sure they appreciated the laugh! |

Re: Let Us Pray! |
I'm right there with you Mark. I dont like the fact that there is a war going on, but they are fighting to protect us and our freedom. I for one will send all the support I can. To everyone involved, please hang in there, and get home safe and sound. I can't properly express my feelings towards you for what you are doing for me and my family, so just know that I appreciate it. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Thanks again.
Laura, you hang in there too. Im sure Andrew is a real trooper, just like his Mom! :)
