Anyone know Billy Smith? - 27

Does anyone know Billy Allen Smith, Jr.? He's from Martinsville, his dad is also Billy & a Baptist preacher, his mom is Marcella (goes by Marcy), his brother is Steve, and he has a sister named Deena (sp?), and his first wife was a girl named Angela (Angie) with whom he had a daughter named Heather Nicole. He used to sing for a band called Staxx. I used to be close friends with him but lost contact some years ago and would like to find him. Anyone knowing who he is & how to contact him or his family please let me know. I'm not from VA, am from TX. Met Billy in San Angelo, TX in 1996, I think it was. He was in the army at the time
