Hello ladies,
I was forced to go down memory lane recently when my preteen decided that she wanted the be a cheerleader. I am amazed at how much skill is required now!!. My little flying angel would not land me anyhing today. She is excited because she has landed her back handspring, back tuck!!!! But that's ok, I can still do a great roundoff!!! |

HEY DEEDEE AND BRIAN!!!!!
Gotta love this site!It is so strange reading about all of us having kids of our own!Wow, it is so great hearing from all of you and how wonderful you are all doing. My husband and I live in the mountains of Ferrum, a whole different world from M'ville. I have 2 boys, ages 9 and 14. My husband has 1 son, age 10. I am so out-numbered! There's so much testosterone in my house I have to shave the house once a week!LOL But, I love my boys. They are all completely different people and the youngest is the one who is most like me,...blonde curls and all! I have been disabled since January of '99 due to a fall on an ice covered parking lot. Messed up my lower back and cracked a part of a joint. So, my cheerleading days are over, but I can still chant a good one! Especially to Neely and Snoop and Em!!! Oh yeah! Would love to hear from you all! Tell me everything I have missed! Would love to see you all again! |

Dee Dee!
Don't know if you will even notice that I responded to your message. I didn't even know about this sight until the reunion. You should have come! I pulled out all the cheer stuff, hilarious. Sad, but I still have my pom poms! My daughter says cheering's not her thing. She's a softball player. I also have 6 year old son, Mitchell. Miss ya! where are you? |
