I will be announcing the reunion dates early next week. It will be the weekend of the high school's homecoming. I am trying to confirm the dates with the school. Plans for the weekend will be (tentatively):
Friday: Meet at the Elks Club prior to the football game for pre-game festivities. Attend game. Return to Elks Club for post-game festivities.
Saturday (afternoon): Family activities TBA
Saturday (evening): Dinner and dance.
All activities, where we eat, what we drink, etc. will be dependent on how many people respond and how much money we will be able to raise. I will be requesting that all attending classmates sell at least ten recognition spots for $25/ea. for our reunion book. If we have 100 classmates attend and everyone sells at least 10 spots, that's $25,000. Can you imagine how much fun we can have with that much money?!? We need full participation!! Please keep checking here and we will also have the dates posted on the home page soon. There will be a form to print, fill out and return to me.

| For our 10th, the Reunion Commitee solicited money for ads from businesses to be placed in our Reunion books. We were able to raise over $1000 that helped offset costs. I am trying to expand this idea with the 20th so we can have even a bigger and better one this time. Basically, Sara, it's an idea I had to solicit donations from good friends and family so that you and I along with our classmates can have a better time! In return for your good friends and families donation, we would recognize their kindness in our 20th reunion book. We also may want to consider raffle tickets as a fund raiser. Any other fund raising suggestions would be welcomed and appreciated. |

| Brad, fundraising from NY might be difficult to do. What alternatives have you thought of ? I missed the 10 year reunion and would really like to attend this one. Do you have to be a Elks club member to attend the festivities ? |
