Hello everyone! I have been working on our reunion plans and wanted to update everyone.
RAFFLE TICKETS
I have purchased books of raffle tickets to be sold by classmates to help offset the reunion costs and hopefully help us have a better reunion! Tickets are $5 each. I am challenging all classmates to sell at least 5 books of 10 for a minimum of $250. We will hold a drawing the night of the 29th. Prizes are 1st place-$300 2nd-$200 3rd-$100 We will also have a nice prize for the classmate(s) that sell the most. Please email me your address ASAP and I will send you the tickets. Tickets should be sold promptly and money returned to me by OCT. 1
PLANS
The day/night of the 28th we will meet at the Elks Lodge between 4-6 pm for drinks and refreshments(The Elks Lodge is right beside the high school). We will then walk to the football game around 7 where we will hopefully have a designated area to hang out. After the game we can return to the Elks for a couple of night caps!
On Saturday, the 29th, we will plan on a family outing at Sportslanes bowling between 11-2. That night we will have a dinner and DJ. Where we have this funtion will be dependent on how many classmates attend and how much money we can raise. I have a couple of places in mind and will not make the final plans until Oct. 3rd
COST
We have set the cost at $40 per single classmate and $75 per couple. Any classmate that sells at least 50 raffle tickets will not have to pay and will be eligible for a nice prize drawing.
Once again, please tell everyone you know about the weekend and send me your addresses for the raffle tickets. I hopefully will have a form on this site to fill out and return with all your info. early next week.
