I would like to know if anyone is interested in having a 40th birthday party (which will be next year). The majority of our class will be turning 40 next year.
My mother's class is having a 60th birthday party this year, and I thought that since turning 40 will be a huge step for us (making everyone grow up) that we could have a 40th birthday party together as a class. I was thinking something small that would not cost a lot of money (by that time, gas will be $10 a gallon). If you are interested, please let me know. If you have any ideas, please also let me know. I can call around to places nearby to get price quotes and go from there, or maybe we could have a huge picnic in the park.

If you did not receive an email regarding this event, please let me know. It looks like that it is a go ahead from our classmates. Therefore, we will start with getting a place, calendars, and making sure that everyone has been contacted. I am hoping this event will take place in late June or early July of 2009. If you have a specific date, please let me know. Even if you are not planning to attend, please send me your birthday so that we can get these printed on the calendars.
