Me again. Been a few years since my first post. Not the best first post. Anyway...
Made another move a few years ago. Now I'm with Capital One in Richmond, VA. (Yeah, yeah, "What's in your wallet?!") Decided it was time to leave NoVa after my last company had me traveling for around 10 months straight the last year I was there and I figured if I'm gonna leave, might as well leave the traffic behind too. So now I'm in R'mond, married the past few years to my college girlfriend, and just became a daddy a couple weeks ago to a baby girl. (She's perfect by the way.) I would have been a daddy earlier, but I just had to come down with the big C a couple years ago. Lil chemo for a few months did the trick, but it did set our plans back somewhat. Clean bill of health ever since. Looks like Richmond is turning into NoVa now, but at least we got in kinda early.
My brother has another year or so at VT. Yeah, younger brother...11 years...do you feel old now? Go Hokies!
Ok, maybe another post in a few years. I'll probably look back and say "Not the best second post." :) |

Hey Will - and anyone reading this!
Glad to hear things are going so well for you - congrats on the marriage, the baby and beating the big C. I had heard about that through Calvary but haven't heard much in awhile. My folks moved from the 'ville a few years back, so my visits/updates are not too often. Glad you are better, though!
Let's see - I'm living in Nashville, TN, where I've been for a few years. After a stint at Vanderbilt and then a nonprofit, I've landed in an amazing job at an arts college - it actually uses my undergrad and grad degrees, so it's realy rewarding. I still have my pup, Tinker, bought a groovy little cottage in '05 and got engaged to a wonderful fella from TX last fall...just returned from a 10-day stint in east TX, Galveston and Baton Rouge.

| I didn't know you were in Richmond!?!?! Me too! I'm sorry to hear about your battle with cancer but I am really glad that all is well now. Congrats on being a daddy/husband! That's the best job ever!!!I'm here in Richmond working as a Critical Care Nurse. Send me an email if you get a chance! |

William Moorefield..... man.. you're name came up the other day when my sister and I were visiting and she said you had posted on here... Glad to hear that things are working out for you in Richmond... & with the wife and with the Cancer and all.
