My sympathy and prayers to the family of Sybil Carroll Cochran.
Sybil Grace Cochran, 82, of Martinsville passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020. She was born January 14, 1938 to Katherine and Drayton Carroll.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Legetta Carroll and brothers, Robert Carroll and James Andrew.
Sybil is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Cochran (Doug) of Pittsboro N.C., Kitty Craft (Paul) of Fairbanks Alaska; son Benny Cochran of Martinsville; sister, Bonnie Porter (Roger) of Bainbridge, GA; nephew Steven Porter; 2 nieces Pattie Hill and Pam Bussy; 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Sybil was a member of First Baptist Church of Martinsville. She loved scrapbooking, crafting and puzzles.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at McKee-Stone Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 12:30 p.m. at Roselawn Burial Park. |
