| Reunion--- Let's Start the Ball Rolling - 42 |

Class of 1997. It is hard to believe that next year will mark 10 years since we graced the halls of Martinsville High School. From talking with past classes reuinion committees, this process can take a while. So I wanted to sort of get the ball rolling and give you a little idea of where we might go.
First-- Reunion Committee--- It is next to impossible to plan something like this with one or two people. So anyone interested in being on a committee that will plan the reunion and help gather addresses, and mail letters and stuff. Please let me know.
Second-- We will need someone local to help us out. I live over 700 miles away, so it will be difficult for me to do a lot of things in the Ville. Someone to help coordinate with potential places to hold reunion, etc.
Third--- Addresses--- this will be the toughest challenge. The school will not release addresses or parents information to us. So, it is up to us to gather addresses.
Fourth- I would like to have a reunion website in place by the fall, so people can email, post messages, and potentially register for the reunion online. If anyone has any expertise let me know.
Five---I am thinking about having the reunion on a weekend in the Fall of 07. Thoughts.
Six--- If you want to begin to send your email addresses, you can do that. For now send them to my email addy below.
