The following information on a Dr. Arnold Pendleton Fleshood came from the Virginia Tech Alumni Association website and the Fall 2007 Virginia Tech Magazine.
1950 BA University of Richmond
1954 MS VPI
1961 EDD Columbia University
Dr Fleshood died January 29, 2007, according to the Magazine. John, this may not be the individual you are looking for since the name is not spelled the same. Thought I would pass it on since I just saw the magazine. |

Dr. Fleshood died last year in Richmond. He retired from VCU faculty. |
