Ralph "Crow" Pruitt recently passed-away. He & I renewed old acquaintances the past 3 yrs. thru e-mails. He lived in Pa., but attended all 3 of the "old-dawgs" reunions the past 3 Octobers. I don't think "Crow" graduated( he would have been in the '55 or '56 class), but he was a Bulldog thru & thru!! He & I remember all the old baseball & football battles between Northside & Southside---he said that N'side won them all but I thought the opposite. It was probably somewhere in between. Neither side could stand to lose, so admitting a defeat wasn't in our vocabulary.
"Crow" sent me a picture of his new grandbaby the day before he passed--what a proud Grandpa!!!
I will greatly miss ol "Crow' & his memories of days past. He jogged my memory many time of thing I haven't thought of in many yrs. I know that " Crow" is lining up another championship game between 'siders & just waiting for some more players to show-up. Hold on "Crow" & don't schedule it too soon!!! Your 'sider friend, Irvin.

| I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING YOU SAID ABOUT RALPH....HE WAS SPECIAL....EXCEPT I DON'T EVER REMEMBER LOSING TO "NORTHSIDE" IN OUR DAILY BASEBALL GAMES OF THE SUMMER...MOIR |
