Nancy Warner Stokes - 51

Nancy Warner Stokes, 75, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and formerly of Martinsville, died Thursday, March 24, 2011, at her home. She was born on Aug. 22, 1935, in Pulaski to Charles L. Warner and Lyda Grubb Warner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Stokes. She graduated from Martinsville High School. She worked in the law offices of Broaddus, Epperly and Broaddus in Martinsville and in Charlotte, N.C., from which she retired. Surviving are three sisters, Betty W. Weaver of Martinsville, Janet W. McMillian of Williamsburg and Shirley W. Hudson of Long, S.C. Funeral arrangements will be made at Myrtle Beach.
