Received this from Rusty Hodnett, '62, Vaughn's brother -
Guys, you all are part of my support group, so I need to ask a favor. My sister is dying of cancer, and I ask that you will put her on your prayer list. Her name is Vaughn Hodnett Thomas, and she will be 67 years old on March 6 if she lives that long.
A couple of years ago she was diagnosed with colon cancer and had a 12" section removed. Last year, the cancer had returned and she had her whole colon removed. Several moths ago, it was learned that the disease had metastisized(?) to her liver, and now it has spread to the lungs. She is pretty much bed ridden and is taking pain medication 24/7. She is on a chemotherapy regimen, but its effects are pretty much unkown at this point.
She needs all the help she can get.

| Ed and Rusty, thanks for sending this out. I do remember Vaughn from our band days in Mavahi. She was, and am sure still is, a very classy lady. Judy and I will keep her in our prayers... |
