I am so saddened to report the death of Carline Perdue Rutter. Carline is truly one of the sweetest people I have ever been privileged to call my friend. We grew up on Jones Creek, having met at North Martinsville Elementary School. I never heard Carline ever speak ill of anyone. She was always so sincere, honest and true to her church.
Carline was diagnosed less than a month ago with a malignant brain turmor, which moved fast. She will be missed, certainly by my sister, Anna, and me. I'm sure there are many of her classmates who will want to join us in extending deepest sympathy to Carline's family.
