Hello Class of 63 - 10
06/11/15     Ann Wade Fugate  (1963)      cwfawf@mounet.com
Have not seen a post in quite sometime. Howe is everyone? When is the Old Dogs Reunion? Hope to see some of you there. Remember to keep my brother Harry in your thoughts and prayers.

Hi Ann – personally I have gotten into baking Artisan breads (breads from scratch); growing container vegetables (currently have 48 18-gallon totes producing – summer squash, zucchini, several types of tomatoes, snow peas, sugar peas, cucumbers, winter squash, peppers, spinach, chard, kale, collards, mustard greens, and okra); playing the guitar and performing now and again; trading in the options markets; serving as treasurer for our homeowner association; serving on the finance committee for Peninsula Friends of Animals, a no kill kitty organization; area hiking at least twice a month with a group from the community; participating in community stuff like pot luck dinners, cards, trivial sailing season are now here, so soon we will be doing both; frequent get-togethers on the deck pursuit; walking at least two miles a day with Judi; working out on the Bow Flex at least twice a week; building our three cats a catio on the deck (they love it); kayaking and with friends; visiting area museums and botanical gardens; visiting an area salmon hatchery. Re: Hello Class of 63
A group of us were kayaking Friday on Lake Crescent and we got to talking to this late twenties lady there also kayaking - she was really a pleasant person and leaving she said to the group "I sure hope when I get to be your age I am doing what you are doing!" It was meant as a positive comment but on reflection we all took it kind of hard!!

Re: Hello Class of 63
Sounds like a happy and comfortable life you have. Here in South Texas it is hot...too hot to be outside. But, there is South Padre Island and the beach only 20 minutes away. Haven't been on this site for months...about time to update our class. Will not be able to make the Old Dawgs this year. Best to all of our classmates!

Re: Hello Class of 63
I hear you Ed about the heat - heat and humidity were main drivers in Judi's and my decision to move the Pacific NW - and it has been every thing we hoped and more. Come up some time and we will show you around.
