| Folks, if you missed it, my condolences...just do yourselves a favor and put in on your calendar for next year. The organizers and all of the helpers that put on the 4th Old Dawgs Reunion did just a fantastic job. It was great to see everyone and just spend time sharing old memories. The Saturday evening "tour" of the school was, unexpectedly for many of us, an absoulte highlight. For you all that missed it picture this...a group of "old Dawgs" standing at the back door to the auditorium of our school, singing the Alma Mata (thank you Miss Pace)and "Beer, beer for Old MAVAHI...." remembering as seniors, marching into assembly with the other classes standing and clapping as we filed into our seats, it was a magical and memorable time. Let's do it again in October '06, with many more voices, hugs, and memories....put it on you calendar now, you'll be glad that you did...ask anyone who was there !!! |
