Your Information for our Class Website - 11
04/02/02     Reunion64  (1964)      friends@mavahi64.com
Hello Dawgs,

The reunion committee is busy planning this summer?s reunion. We are still working on our class website and would love to have information about everyone. We are requesting a ?bio? of where you are, what you?re doing, etc., really anything you?d like to send. Pictures would be great. If you don?t want to send pictures of yourself (although those would be the best), send pictures of your spouse, children, grandchildren, pets, whatever works for you. This will really get us all ready for June.

We?ll post the address for the website as soon as there is something significant to see. Please send us something about yourself.

Thanks.

Re: Your Information for our Class Website
I just received the reunion invitation. Nice work, Jennifer and Jean. I have been a midwesterner since 1971 when I headed west to attend Grad school and couldn't find my way home. Like some of my classmates who replied to this message, I have also worked with emotionally disturbed children....three of them to be exact, but Sean (31), Justin (23), and Ashley (18) have all grown up now and moved out. Now I work with emotionally disturbed adults, my colleagues at Longview Community College in Lee's Summit, MO, where I have taught for almost 30 years. I am divorced, not only from my marriage, but occasionally from reality as well. I'm looking forward to trading memories with my classmates in June.

Re: Your Information for our Class Website
It's so much more fun reading this stuff about my classmates than writing about
myself. But here goes. I live in Raleigh and have for 30 years except for three
spent in Atlanta where I was lucky enough to transfer with IBM and even luckier
to get back to Raleigh--almost 25 years with IBM now and I'm eligible to retire but
won't do so for a while unless they kick me out first. I never married but do share
my home with a little Westie named Darby who's pretty special. I graduated from
NC State Univ. with a bus. mgmt. degree after attending parttime for 10 years! I
still don't know what I want to be when I grow up, perhaps a bus driver because,
like Douglas, I love to travel also but only on my own time now! Can't wait to see
you all at the reunion!
