Jean Branham Reid - 11
04/30/05     Betty Sue Copenhaver  (1964)      tagalongbags@adelphia.net
It is with a heavy heart that I tell you that Jean went to Heaven this morning. I know that her family needs our thoughts and prayers as they go through this emotional time. I understand that a service will be held on Tuesday in Alexandria--also that her family was with her as she made her journey. Jim Beckner has posted her address on his response to my prior message. We are so blessed that John Franck has developed this web site and we are able to communicate with each other. I also thank God for my computer class. Love, Betty Sue

Re: Jean Branham Reid
Thanks for sharing this, Betty Sue. Since your previous message, I have held Jean in my thoughts and prayers and will continue to do so for her family. This is such a shock. I was hoping that her condition was not that serious. Jean was such a fun loving person with an incredible wit. I am sure that those of us lucky enough to hang out with her some during our Mavahi days have at least one "Jean Branham story" that will continue to bring a smile to our faces. In the later years, she was definitely part of the "glue" that held our class together by encouraging us to attend the reunions. She was a very valuable member of the Class of '64 and will be missed. We have all lost a good friend.

Thanks Betty Sue for letting us know about Jean. Our High School memories will always be a part of each one of us. Jerry
