Cannot begin to express to you the sadness and pain I feel at the sudden and unexpected passing of my beloved brother Tommy Sale on July 16, 2008. Death was instantaneous due to a massive heart attack while jogging. Though Tommy and I were never the closest of friends, we loved one another and he remains my "Big Brother" though a part of me is gone now.
Tommy would have graduated with the class of '64 had he not dropped out the beginning of his senior year. He then entered the U. S. Army and grew into his own man with his devoted wife Sandra Spraker Sale by his side for over 41 years. Their son Jerome and daughter Robin love him dearly and are coping with the loss of their daddy.
During the visitation, the main theme I heard from his co-workers and closest friends was he made them laugh and they enjoyed being around him. That knowledge of him brings much comfort to our mother and me.
