Saddened to read of Page Minter's passing - 12
04/10/16     Phil Sparks  (1965)      PhilSparks@kimbanet.com
In today's Bulletin Robert "Page" Minter passed away earlier this week. Page was a great guy and good friend to many. When he wasn't at the 50th I could only guess his health was weakening. I think he had several years of a health battle. He seemed to really have a great time at the 45th reunion. It is good to remember him that way. Prayers for his family.

Thanks, Phil for posting this….Thanks Page for a life well spent. Who would have known in 1965 that you would have graduated from college, designed ships (and submarines) and been a career advocate for education, having been elected to the York County School Board for 25 plus years. I understand that your funeral will be Thursday, April 14th due to the School Board attending a conference in Boston that you and your wife were set to attend. Martinsville is a proud city with a rich heritage of producing quality products, quality athlete’s, and quality sons and daughters….thanks to people like you, Page, the spirit of the ‘ville lives on….archie

Thanks Phil and Archie. Page was my next door neighbor on Greyson Street. He was a quality person from early years.
