Hi! I am pleased to announce that the dates for the 40th class reunion have been set for August 12 and 13. We will have 2 events, Friday night and Saturday, so make plans to attend. Information will be forthcoming after we confirm current addresses. It would be greatly appreciated if you would confirm your mailing address by sending a quick e-mail to me at katfos47@yahoo.com. Also, if anyone knows the address or how to get it for the following, please help: Brenda Addair, Linda Barnousky,Roberta Cloe, Bob Perkins, Hunton Will, Patricia Smith, Velvet Scott, and Pat Sifford Lane. Thank you so much and please go ahead and make plans to join us. We always have such a great time when we get together. Looking forward to seeing all of you.

Missing Persons Report: Hunton Whitt/Witt (?):
The last time I saw Hunton was on or about
June 2, 1967, outside of the USO club at
DaNang Air Force Base in that lovely Republic
of South Viet Nam. Hunton was in the Marines
and had been wounded twice or so in combat.
He was waiting to get shipped out--back to the 'real world' stateside. I offered to buy
him a warm beer, but he declined as he was on anti-biotics. Over and out:

Staff Sgt. Frank L. Willard

Re: 40th reunion set
Jenkie, Hope you can make it to the 40th class reunion. Do you remember signing my Year Book with a post script: "Now you have an autograph worth about $2.00."? What is the price today?

Re: 40th reunion set
Dear Jackie:

Like I said, that was an obvious typo
'cause my autograph was worth about $0.02
(two cents). Now, in the 'ole Attorney and
Counsellor at Law business, it's probably
worth even less!!! Yours in Elvis......

Glad to know you are planning on coming! Tell J. D. Warren we will be expecting him, too! Cannot recall seeing either of you since high school ...

Re: 40th reunion set
I'm sure counting on getting my authentic Jenkie Willard autograph [and free'Big Jane Street"decoder ring]... I'm fairly sure that I have an original in my yearbook already, unless I erased, it but another surely can't hurt. I'll try to give J.D. a harassing call to se if he'll try and make it; I think he still lives in richmond. Looking forward to some good times in August... regards to all, John
