Irving Groves lost his sweet mother this morning after a battle with brain cancer. She was 85. The class of '68 extends our heart felt sympathy to Irving and his family and especially to Townesy Woods Bowers another of our classmates who was Jett's beloved niece. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 23 @ 10:00AM at Oakwood Cemetery with a reception to follow at Chatmoss Country Club. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 22 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at the First Methodist Church in Martinsvile.The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the First Methodist Church or to a charity of your choice.
