Hi - 16

I had no idea this site existed until I went home for Mother's funeral. Here I was thinking all my contacts with M'ville were gone but "another door opens". I've done a lousy job of keeping in touch - had a hard enough time keeping track of my own address :) We've moved a lot!! We're in Baton Rouge, for the 4th time, and I'd love to hear from old friends. Thanks Nelson and Anne for your kind thoughts. I hope to see everyone at the reunion. Haven't been to one since the 20th - that one almost did Jim in. I could use a "network of non-Mavahi spouses" to ease that "who are these people and what are they talking about" syndrome.

Re: Hi
Hi, Bonnie....again my condolences to you and your family. It will be great to see you again at the reunion....we've missed you. I'll update my e-mail address book to reflect the one you have cited here as I'm sure Dawn Shank will do, too. Can understand your sentiment on the non-Mavahi spouses syndrome...my ex experienced that somewhat a couple of times. Perhaps there will be a section for those non-Mavahi spouses to gather, however, I look forward to seeing Jim again and talking with him. If he plays golf, maybe he can engage us out on the links that weekend...don't remember who is coordinating that event for that weekend. Feel free to drop me a line sometime if you can.

Re: Hi
Bonni,
I'm looking for ideas to make the reunion fun and your idea of a "who are these people and what are they talking about?" translator/ activity that might help spouses have a better time would be cool. I've got a few game show ideas that might be an interesting way to include them. Ask Jim what he might enjoy doing at the reunion. I'm also toying with the idea of karaoke. I can see Mark Howell singing Duke of Earl and our old bedpan quartet singing something together again. Dawn
