Julie Fitzgerald Lucord - 17
01/30/09     Peka A. Wade  (1970)      Pekaat4PAWS@aol.com
Julie is now in the Blue Ridge Nursing Home in Martinsville. I visited Julie and her sweet husband in the Virginia Beach area a few years ago at their condo. I must say I have never seen any two people more in love and totally enchanted with one another. The last time I visited Julie, she was in a nursing home in the same area. She smiled all the time and was heading up bingo for everyone in the community room. I recently had an email from her mother on Facebook who stated Julie had returned to Martinsville and was living at Blue Ridge. Her husband is not with her and I am sure they miss one another tremendously. Please go by and see Julie if you can and/or send her a card. Julie has forgiven everyone for the hard times she endured by many who did not understand her condition. Though she has no idea I am posting this message, I am sure she would very much appreciate anyone contacting her in any way. Anytime I visited or spoke with her on the phone, she would ask about everyone with whom she came in contact that she knew/thought I would know. She is such a dear lovely lady..... Please let her know you care.
