Hi Germaine.... I hope that this email find you and your family in good health. I knew your dad Clayton very well. I will never forget that night when he was killed along with three other close friends of mine. They were coming from a concert in Greensboro when they were killed in a car wreck. There were three other people with your dad that night of the accident. I tried to email you but kept getting the message undeliverable. He was in the High School Band with John Finney (Catcreek) and Walter Hines. I am sad to say that all three of them are deceased. Clayton was very laid back and quiet when he wanted to be. He was straight forward and to the point. He had the craziest laugh and he was always smiling. You know something,a lot of my classmates died too soon. I' sorry that you didn't get the chance to know your dad. He was a great guy. Maybe your uncle Dennis can tell you more about him. Shoot me an email sometime. Talk to you later
