Hello, everyone! - 23
03/28/06     Robert Draper  (1978)      bob.draper@lmco.com
Wow! I was having one of those "Whatever happened to..? " moments when I stumbled across this website. Actually, to be honest, I was checking Google to see whether my old neighbors managed to avoid prison and stumbled across their yearbook pictures. Nevertheless, I'm pleased to say they all have residential addresses that don't include "Correctional Unit" in the title. :o)

I'm still working at Lockheed Martin in Manassas, VA (23 years with the same company, though it's changed ownership twice before settling into its current incarnation). Most of my work involves computer security and virus protection. I love the work because it's becoming increasingly challenging. Conversely, I've grown to hate the congestion and "overpriced vinyl sided McMansion developments" popping up all over Northern VA so I now live 40 miles away in Amissville, VA. Let's just say that when it snows, if I don't plow my street, it doesn't get plowed. It sounds remote but it's in the middle of Blue Ridge wine country so it does have its perks.

It's great to see we have an easy way to stay in touch. This site is a great idea. I'm looking forward to checking back often to see what's going on with everyone.

Looking forward to hearing from you all,
Robert

Re: Hello, everyone!
It's a damn shame you live here in Manassas for 23 years and we never ran into each other!
