Re: Halls of Honor |
We hail the halls of honor- of justice and of might
Where trophies of maroon and gray are shining bright
We hail our friends with whom we've shared both gladness and woe
We hail our teachers loyal who guide us as we go
For here we've found the pleasure that comes from work well done
And cheered our teams as they have fairly fought and won
Although someday we'll leave our school and go far and wide
Our hearts will always cherish a love for MAVAHI |

Re: Halls of Honor |
Did you know that Ruth Pace wrote this? I had her for choir from middle school through high school. She is still alive and well and as wonderful as ever. I graduated in '67 as well. I would like to see a reunion in the near future. I missed our 20th because I was living in Michigan at the time. Just came across this web site recently. I think it is great...... |

Re: Halls of Honor |
Miss Pace was at our 45th reunion last weekend -- she's as beautiful as I remembered her being.
We sang "The Halls of Honor" after dinner -- the words seem to have more meaning the older I get.
High school was a great time in our lives, wasn't it? |
