SEASON'S GREETINGS - 9
12/20/03     Dr. David Sparks  (1962)      cdsparks@rjia.net
Greetings, MHS'ers,

To all of the students who have treaded the hallowed halls of Mavahi, I would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year of 2004.

Some of my greatest memories are of my days spent in Martinsville High School.

May the Lord bless you and your family. May He also bless to each of our hearts the memory of all of our wonderful teachers no longer with us.

David Sparks, Class of '62

Re: SEASON'S GREETINGS
David, that's a great greeting for this website. I wish more of our classmates would hook up on this site. I echo your sentiments about our teachers. Every time I pass the old high school, I'm flooded with memories of my fellow classmates and teachers. We were blessed coming along when we did and having the morals and family values back then that set our lives on a most valuable journey. Our teachers had not only the legal right (I think), but our parents' blessings in correcting us when we were wrong. Thank goodness we didn't have an ACLU back then. The lawyers are ruining this country from the inside out. The prophecy will be fulfilled. Happy Holidays, David. BL
