Okay everyone,
I checked with the Elks Lodge last night and there are a couple of Saturdays in September available for Lodge rental. I'm going to seal one of them up in the next couple of days.
All that will be needed is someone to keep track of the number of attendees so I can let the caterers know how much food to prepare.
also on the night of the party a couple of attendees to fill out name tag stickers.
I will see to it that beer and wine are available along with tea and lemonade. I think the Lodge has mixers if you BYOB of spirits. Hard liquors must be mixed by the Bartenders.
If you have a particular mixer or special dietary food item (ie. Gluten free bread, special strength Viagra, etc) or medicines please bring them with you.
I will get with Christy at the Lodge and select the date tomorrow.
Please share this information with as many Class of 65 members as possible and let's get a buzz going for this 60 year get-together.
