My brother Dan just told me about the website.
Here's a little update about myself. My wife (Cathy, of seven years) and I live in NC where we have a horse farm. We raise & train Quaters and Saddlebreds for trail riding. That takes up quite a bit of my free time. When not working around the farm, I am a mechanical engineer with an industrial automation group out of Greensboro, but have to travel quite frequently around the U.S. How time does fly when you're busy!
My step-son is currently at Parris Island, SC completing USMC boot camp. He is scheduled to graduate recruit training in early June. I served 12 years with the U.S. Marine Corps and reserve. Wow, writing this sentence feels like that was a whole lifetime ago!
My brothers and sister are scatterred all across the U.S. from Florida to California. My mom and I are the only ones left in NC and my brother Pierre is the only one of the Dionne's left in VA.
I have not been in touch with any of the Martinsville gang in quite a few years. Drop me a message, it would be good to here from you.
Take care and God bless. |

Re: A long, long time |
Paul,
Glad to hear that you and family are doing well. I have some clipping of you from Martinsville Bulletin some years back... dealt with accolades you received from USMC. My brother is still active duty for US Army, coming up on 20 yrs next month. Sister is in Greensboro. I am defense contractor in NoVa and have been wondering if you were still active duty and deployed to Iraq. Glad to hear that you are safe and sound. My regards to you and family. Have you seen the [relatively] new Church in M'ville? It's nice. Drop me a line when you're in DC area... we can tour DC.
Todd

Re: A long, long time |
Paul, So good to hear from you after all these years. I have also failed to keep in touch with the gang. Glad all is well for you. Things are bright and sunny here in Florida, gulf coast, south of Sarasota. Hope to hear from you again soon.
